Lynxnet, LLC has been awarded SeaPort-e contract number N00178-15-D-8310 for six United States zones. This SeaPort-e contract enables Lynxnet to compete for service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps in 22 functional areas of service. Quality Assurance

Our Quality Management (QM) approach maintains all task order activities at optimum levels of performance through a process of continual refinement of service level requirements. By providing a culture of total quality, our employees continually seek new ways to meet or exceed user expectations for quality and productivity ensuring that customer requirements and NAVSEA standards are met. Our quality system addresses all aspects of C4IT system development, documentation, and production pertaining to the quality of system’s engineering and technical assistance. Lynxnet’s NAVSEA-approved and ISO 9001:2008-compliant Quality Management System (QMS) is in alignment with the requirements for the Seaport-e program and was developed to be responsive to the ever changing US Navy and US Coast Guard standards and specifications without compromising quality.

The Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) provides a planned process for surveillance of our work and performance against established measurable performance objectives. Lynxnet’s QASP approach seeks to ensure that satisfaction is achieved by adhering to quality and performance standards specific to our Client’s requirements and standards. Through QC we set the metrics at strategic points throughout the tasks so that any deficiencies will be identified early on and thus be eliminated before becoming significant. Through our approach, we achieve optimized productivity, service quality, and cost efficiencies in all operational areas. By assigning appropriately qualified and dedicated personnel who understand the requirements and customer quality objectives, we minimize the overhead required to assure delivery of products and services.
